Philosophy
I believe that any person can learn to do artwork. Art education is a productive and thought invoking learning process.
Learning about art and art processes teaches any child to expand cognitive and psychomotor skills. It helps to extract
or enhance creative problem solving at any school age level. Art in the classroom is necessary for physical and emotional
development to increase individuality and productivity.
-
I believe that my students will learn art through expression, inspiration, and motivation by application process and material exploration.
-
The art culture will include... tolerance, respect, and perseverance in creative thinking and problem solving.
-
My art expectations for students are to… understand, discover, and create to enhance physical and emotional development.
-
Finally, art teaching is life long learning through improving skills, addressing standards, and continuing pedagogical learning.
